James William Lorenzen, Jr.

James William Lorenzen Jr., age 72, of Swanton passed away April 28, 2022 at Swanton Valley Rehab. He was born March 13, 1950 in Toledo, OH to James William and Doris (Leonard) Lorenzen Sr. James proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He owned his own semi-truck rig and was an over the road truck driver. James loved cars and especially enjoyed doing body repair work. In his younger years, he liked working in his yard and tending to the landscaping. James is survived by his children, Matthew, Mindy and Melanie; step-daughter, Tina Nowakowski; step-sons, David Shaffer and Danny Shaffer; 5 grandchildren; and brothers, Paul Lorenzen and Dale Lorenzen. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Rhonda Lorenzen; sisters, Margaret and Linda Geiser; and brother, John Lorenzen.
