Jacqueline Ann Zeno

May 10, 1944 — October 12, 2020

Stubborn and loved by many, Jacqueline Ann (Rybarczyk) Zeno has peacefully passed away at the age of 76. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to parents Jacob and Harriet (Orzechowski) Rybarczyk. Her journey ended at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home October 12, 2020.  The staff said she was a wonderful resident, full of life, funny, took an interest in many of the staff’s family stories and will be gravely missed. Jackie attended Grammar School at St Anthony’s Parochial and graduated from Libbey High School. Jackie in her early teens worked at a family restaurant called Millers on the south side of Toledo. Once married, she had 4 children and became a Homemaker. She later started her cleaning business and worked for private homes and local businesses. Growing up, Jackie, along with her siblings, cousins and other family members, would get together for family picnics at a family farm in Nay, OH.  A fun childhood memory of Jackie’s was spending many summer days at Sterling State Park where she and others would lay on the beach pretending to be beauty queens. Jackie loved her polka music, dancing, sports, planting flowers, taking trips to Devils Lake, hanging out with her children and grandchildren and just having fun. She will be sorely missed and survived by her Brother,  who was picked on all the time by his sisters Richard Rybarczyk (Marilyn) and Sister who caused most of the trouble Mary (Rybarczyk) Hicks;  Children: Cheryl (Christopher) Knapp, Christina (Mark) Pawlaczyk,  Diane Tavernier, and Angela (Ben) Marczewski; Grand Children Alex, Arianna, Jacob, Megan, Mark, Aiden, and Amelia. Family members who are meeting Jackie at the pearly gates are Parents Jacob & Harriet (Orzechowski) Rybarczyk –Sister Darleen Zawacki, Half sister Dolores (Jack) Palicki, Brother in law Ted Zawacki, and Son in law Allen Tavernier. Jackie is being cremated and her ashes will remain in the care of her daughters. A celebration of life memorial gathering will be on Wednesday, Oct. 28th from 1 to 4 at the Cremation Society of Toledo, 7210 Airport Hwy, Holland OH 43528.
