July 7, 1929 — October 2, 2021
Helen (Zawierucha) McMahon of Toledo passed away on October 2, 2021 at the Franciscan Center after a recent hip fracture and 4 year battle with dementia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Zawierucha; son, Nicholas Zawierucha; and second husband, Patrick McMahon. She is survived by her children, David (Bonnie) Zaruca, Sally Stroud, and Jean Johnson; grandchildren, Amy and Kim Zaruca, Jasin and Jody Kjoller, Charlie Johnson, Daniel and Lisa Zawierucha; and great-grandchild, Ella. A special thanks to Kind Hearts Hospice for their wonderful care during the final weeks.
