Heather Anne K.O. (Lofgren) Morehouse

Heather fought the beast of breast cancer courageously for many years. She was taken from us way too soon and her love, strength, sparkling sense of humor and straight forward approach to life will never be forgotten. The spirit and memory of her has touched us all; a precious soul that graced and impacted all of the lives she met. She had a multi faceted career, not limited to working in the shop with the boys, computer tech, modeling, and in business administration/management. If Heather was on your team, you were succeeding and enjoying her spark to keep things light but real. Heather rode through life moving fast and forward, whether on her horse, the back of her mans Harley, or driving that fast car. She chose to enjoy lifes travels to her fullest “making memories” never to be forgotten. She was an avid equestrian from her youth through adulthood. She was the 1982 International Champion Western Pleasure Pinto, Miss Pinto Crown during her youth, as well as receiving multiple other Western Pleasure and English awards, ribbons, and trophies. Heather always had a great time in the saddle, even in her adulthood. An unlimited artful nature was witnessed through her many drawings, paintings, sketches, tattoo flash art, photos, jewelry, and crafts. Heather passed from her husbands hands to Gods at home with her daughter, son-in-law, a few close friends, and her loving dogs and Peep keeping watch (she loved her “fur babies”), just the way she wanted. For the love of her family, friends, and “critters” she gave her all. She was pre-deceased by her brother, Jamie Lofgren, waiting at the gates for her arrival. Surviving is her loving husband, Ronald Morehouse; daughter and son-in-law, Stacie and Nelson Marty; parents, Jack and Beth Lofgren and Jan and Lou Smith; and brothers, Jack Lofgren Jr, and Duane Bennett. All walks of Heathers life, family and friends, are welcome at the Travelers MC, 8950 Dorr St, Toledo, OH 43617, to share in the Celebration of her Life on November 10, 2019 from noon-4 PM with a Tribute beginning at 1 PM. Please attend as Heather would remember you, dress attire: “You be you,” wear your Sunday best, business casual, jeans, leathers , colors, OSU or Go Blue Sunday attire, cowboy hat or even your feathers, whatever works. Please share your stories if you dare! Celebrate and enjoy the company, eat, drink (responsibly) and reminisce. Let Heathers spice of her life warm our souls and heal our hearts.
