Gwendolyn Ann Wofford

On November 19, 2021, Heaven Gained A Beautiful Angel. Gwen passed away at the young age of 50, suddenly and unexpectedly at home. Gwen was Kind, Considerate and Compassionate. She would do anything to help anyone. She Loved her Family and Friends with all her heart. She also Loved The Lord and led a faith-based life. Gwen had to endure many health issues during her life but she never complained. She is now with The Lord and pain free. Gwen graduated from Rogers High School in 1989. She then attended Wright State University. Gwen was employed at the Area Office on Aging as a Care Manager Assistant. She enjoyed reading, shopping, and spending time with her family. She had recently purchased a new house and was having fun using her excellent decorating skills. Gwen was preceded in death by her fathers, Earl Grant and Barry Wofford; grandmother, Verlee Williams; grandfathers, Willis Williams and Jesse Grant; and beloved canines, Angel and Max. She is survived by her mother, Pamela; brother, Troy (Felicia) Montgomery; grandmother, Florence Grant; godmother, Gladys Blanton; best friend, Anita Buford; godchildren, Miracle Buford and Jalen Hinton; long time companion, Edward Nunn; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Because there will be no services please remember Gwen in your own way.
