Gerard Chrome Dome Minkowski

Gerard J. Minkowski Chrome Dome, age 64, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on April 23, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 7, 1952 to Stanley and Alice (Siwajek). Gerard enjoyed fishing, playing pool, hunting and collecting guns. He was a Michigan football fan and loved listening to the CB, where his handle name was Double T.” Gerard loved old western movies, his dogs and always had a good time no matter what he was doing.” He was a proud former employee of Commercial Alumni for many years.” Gerard was 1 of 10 children and coming from a large family, his family was very important to him.” He especially loved being a father and enjoyed the children in the family. Gerard is survived by his daughter, Tina; siblings, David; Greg (Cindy); Juliann; Denise; Alice (Bob) and Chet; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny; Gary and Joey; and brother-in-law, Brian.
