Geraldine E. Myers

Geraldine Estelle Myers, 81, of Delta, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on October 22,2023. Geraldine was the youngest of 4 children born in Toledo, Ohio, May 8, 1942, to Elmer and Estelle Ellsworth.

Geraldine (also affectionately known as Dizzy) will always be remembered for the love and care she put into everything she did. She had a can-do attitude and there was never a task too big for her to accomplish. Geraldine had a special talent for artistic vision and everything she created was exceptional. She made every house a beautiful home no matter the circumstance and her organizational skills surpassed all others.

She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Richard Myers Sr.; her surviving children, Mary, Michael, Erin, and Richie; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and especially Ethan Myers whom she and Richard Sr. raised as their own son. Geraldine is also survived by her sister, Fern Rohr; brother, Bob Ellsworth; and many nieces and nephews who enjoyed her company over the years.

Although Geraldine really enjoyed fussing over her loved ones, she never wanted anyone fussing over her. So, in respect of her wishes, a private viewing and cremation was held at the Cremation Society of Toledo. Geraldine's family would like to thank all friends and extended family for their prayers and kindness during their time of sorrow.
