Gerald "Jerry" Dittman

Gerald D. Dittman Jr., 63 years old, passed away suddenly in his home on August 25, 2024. Jerry was born September 14, 1960, in Toledo Ohio, the son of Jerry and Pat Dittman. Jerry attended Central Catholic High School and graduated from Bowsher High School, in 1978. Jerry was an apprenticed mason, having learned the trade from his father at an early age and continued his learned skills, until this past Saturday. Jerry loved adventure, his Harleys, fishing and hunting and especially his 3 German Shepherds. He took pride in his American Indian heritage, as a direct descendant of Chief Little Turtle, of the Miami tribe.

Left to cherish his memory include his wife and fellow hunter and fisherman, Tina Dittman; Tina’s children, Todd and Danielle; grandson, Lyric; mother, Patricia Dittman; brother, Jeff Dittman; and sister, Joanne Fankhauser. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Gerald D. Dittman Sr.

At this time, no formal services have been scheduled, but a special celebration of life will be held at a later date.
