Gerald R. Barnes

Gerald Ralph Barnes, Sr., 85, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Detroit Ave. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 12, 1932 to Brice and Leona (Moran) Barnes. Gerald proudly served his country in the US Army. He is survived by his children, Kathleen; Gerald; Brenda; Jody (Pattie) and Christopher; grandchildren, “Niecha J. Hill; Tia; Thera; Kayla; Krystal; Steven; Kenny; LeeAnn; Nicolas; Stephanie; Johnathan; Ayeesha; great grandchildren,” Lacie; Novgleish; and Damien.” Also surviving us brother, Brice Barnes.” Gerald was preceded in death by his wife Peggy and daughter, Jennifer No public services will be held.” He will be cremated and laid to rest at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
