George Joseph Weiler

July 12, 1962 — September 6, 2017

GEORGE JOSEPH WEILER age 55 earned his wings, and went home to be with our Lord, on Wednesday September 6, 2017. George was born in Cheyenne Wyoming on July 12, 1962 and loved to let everyone know that he was a ” GENUINE COWBOY” George worked hard to provide for his family; his wife Theresa who he insisted was his queen and was the most fantastic father of two very special fur babies, Odie Marvin and Cooper Leroy, who daddy made sure lacked for nothing; haircuts, toys and lots of love. George always wore a smile, when he woke up, throughout the day and when he went to bed.He never knew a frown.sometimes it seemed he even smiled as he slept. I was told many years ago by Georges brother Rod; affectionately, that George knew just enough about everything to be dangerous; with that being said now 22 years later I found that no truer statement could have ever been spoken. George embraced Life with anticipation of learning something new every day. He enjoyed Harley Davidsons, The Pittsburgh Steelers, Michigan Wolverines, walks in the park, sitting on the patio on nice cool nights just making small talk; enjoying the breeze. George loved his Lord and Savior. He attended Dayspring Assembly of God Church in Bowling Green, Ohio. He loved his church, he loved the music and fully held unto and absorbed the word our Pastor Jason Vickery spoke through his sermons. George and Theresa married on October 17, 1997; going on 20 loving, fun filled years. We shared a love that we hope set an example to our nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and all the young people that found their way into our lives; of what love, friendship, marriage and true partnership stands for. George will continue to bring a smile to our faces as we remember him through the humorous things he has done throughout the years. Every visit with George was a learning curve, he shared whether you wanted him to or not, his wisdom and his advise which was ” Dont sweat the small stuff and its all small stuff” according to the world of George. He (George) was also the peace keeper of the family. Mr. Logic to his wife and of course always saw the glass as half full. George is survived by his loving wife, Soulmate, love of his life of 20 years Theresa (Elam), fur babies Odie Marvin age 6 and Cooper Leroy age 2 who will one day meet daddy at the rainbow bridge. His beautiful mother Margaret, Sisters, Laura (Andy) Vargas, Robin Weiler, Dawn Weiler, Brothers Rod Weiler, Brad Weiler Many Nephews, Nieces, Great Nephews, Great Neices and many friends. George was preceded in death by his Father Robert and his brother Randy. We have all been blessed to have been written into the chapters of George Weilers life. Be not sad, were blessed to have known George it makes it hard to say see you later Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Friend BUT its just for a while 2 Corinthians 5:8 says: Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will be at home with the LORD.
