Gary F. Johnson

Gary F. Johnson, age 73, passed away his home on June 22, 2025. He was born October 16, 1951 in Toledo to the late Paul and Ruth Johnson.

Gary was a 1969 graduate of Lake High School and was drafted the same year into the Army, where he was stationed in Korea. He worked for CSX Railroad out of Walbridge for 36 years. Gary loved riding his Harley, spending time with family, watching NASCAR, playing with his dogs, and drinking Budweiser.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Linda Kniss; children, Paul and Sindy; step-children, Kristina Kniss and Daniel Kniss; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Holise "Mike" Johnson.
