Gary M. Guildoo

Gary M. Guildoo, 90, passed away at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on March 7, 2024. He was born on April 9, 1933, in East Liverpool, firstborn to M. Duane and Lois (Herron) Guildoo. He was passionately protective and loving of his family.

Gary was a veteran of the Army and worked as a welder at Fiat Allias among other trades. He was a proud caretaker of his mother and later his father. In his younger years, he enjoyed roaming the foothills near Fredericktown and wading into Beaver Creek in the summer. He always loved fishing and spending time outdoors when he could. Gary was a skilled mechanic who was always happy to spend time working on vehicles with family and friends. He could fix almost anything if he had time to.

Gary was preceded in death by his sisters, Carol Reynolds, Ruth Marx, Linda Coe, Ann McCarty, and Vonda Coy. He is survived by his brother, Donald (Alma) Guildoo; children, Jeff Guildoo, Stephen (Debra) Guildoo and Lynn Guildoo; grandchildren, Amber (Mitch) Rice, David (Becky) Guildoo, and Stephen M. Guildoo, and great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held to honor his memory.
