Franklin M. Kaiser

Franklin M. Kaiser passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023, at the age of 97. For the last 12 years, Franklin had lived in Toledo, Ohio. Franklin was born on October 1st, 1925, to Jeannette (Cooper) Kaiser and Frank Clem Kaiser, in Covington, Kentucky. He lived in Northern Kentucky for the majority of his life, raising his three children: Jeanine (James) Hundsrucker, Robert “Bob” (Patty) Kaiser, and Jerome “Jerry” (Jane) Kaiser (deceased). Franklin’s wife, Loraine (Schmaedecke) Kaiser, passed away on October 19, 1986. He then married Eileen (Hester) Kaiser (deceased).

Franklin worked at Hudepohl Brewery for 39 years, before his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed square dancing, wood working, and doing auto repairs. In addition to his two children, Franklin is also survived by his grandchildren; Tammy, Todd, Jill, Alex, Scott, Michael, Daniel, Bridget, and Emmy; great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will take place at Blessed Sacrament Church, in Fort Mitchell Kentucky, on July 28, 2023, from 9:00-10:00 AM. A Mass to celebrate Franklin's life will follow at 10:00 am. Burial of cremated remains will take place at St. John’s Cemetery, following the services at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Franklin's name are suggested to Spina Bifida Association of Cincinnati.
