Frank Czyzewski

Frank Czyzewski, age 91, of Holland, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 3, 1927 to Frank and Josephine (Hoppy) Czyzewski. Frank was a World War II Veteran where he served as an MP. When it came to talking about his Military service, he was very humble and did not discuss much. Frank also had a 36 year long career at Chrysler Jeep, retiring in 1981. Frank was a family man in every sense of the word, his whole life revolved around his loving wife of 66 years, Mary, their children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed our annual family vacations to Florida and then, as empty nesters, the trips to the casino. He was truly loved and will be missed beyond measure. Frank is survived his 5 children, Terry, Mike, Tom, Mark (DeLisa), Ann (Don) and his 2 grandchildren, Ashley and Tyler Alford and great granddaughter, Lydia Alford. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary and grandson, Chad. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 6135 Hill Avenue, Toledo, Ohio on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
