Frances B Western

Frances B. Western, age 86, passed away June 21, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Lee County, Arkansas on July 22, 1926, to Luther and Bernice McBee. Frances enjoyed gardening, sewing and reading, but the greatest joy of her life was her family. Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Carol Croniser (Leon McGee) and Margaret Walczack; son, Vernon C. Western (Phyllis); grandchildren, Virginia Hooper, Leon “Chuck” McGee Jr., Lisa Ferguson (Ron), Wendy Georgevich (Mike), Robert Hooper Jr, Kathleen Goins, Craig Gordy (Amand), Nicole Gordy (Marco), and Craig Western; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Chloe and Olivia Ferguson, Samantha Hooper, Adam Georgevich, Austin McGee, Nickie and Jamie Hooper, Haile and Kia Goins, Addison and Cayden Gordy, Marco Jr and Lola Ortiz; and several great-great grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband Vernon T. Western, their infant son, and daughter Martha Hooper. The family wishes to thank all of the wonderful staff members at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on S. Detroit Avenue. At Frances request, there will be no visitation and interment will be private.
