Felicia Linda Nicole Willis

Felicia Linda Nicole Willis (Garcia), passed away at UTMC on September 9th, 2025, at the age of 32.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dawn M. Simmons and mother-in-law, Angela Willis. Felicia is survived by her husband, Loren Willis; father, George Garcia; brothers, Anthony(Teresa) Garcia, Joshua(Heather) Garcia, and George Garcia Jr.; sisters, Brionna(Heliado) Tilden and Trinity Knowles; and her brother and sister in law, Anson(Amber) Daugherty and Andra(Tyrone) Daugherty, as well as her nephews and nieces, Mireya, Anthony Jr., Laelia, Violet, Heliado Jr., Dasani, Amir, Dion, Avayha, and Israel.

Felicia was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Felicia was always the life of the party; she could make anyone laugh at any occasion. She would listen and care for anyone in need. Felicia enjoyed The Philadelphia Eagles, Halloween, Christmas, celebrating life on any occasion and especially spending time with her friends and family.

She was a good person, a best friend, aunt, niece, sister, daughter, and a loving wife. Felicia was loved deeply, and will be missed greatly, by her family and friends.
