Faith Ann Eady-Fraley

Faith Ann Eady -Fraley, age 66, of Mount Blanchard, Ohio, formerly Findlay, Ohio, unexpectedly passed away February 14, 2025. Faith Ann was born March 6, 1958, in Marion, Ohio.

Faith Ann was very proud of her children; David (Jessica) Foltz of Van Buren, Anne (David "Benny") Turner of Fostoria and Adam (Ashley) of Asbury Lake Florida. Along her travels, she had two bonus children, Travis Fraley and Amanda Fraley.

Faith Ann had several grandchildren, Austin, Richard, Jayson, Leevi, JuleeAnne, Temperance-Anne, Bobbii-Lynn, Haylee, Toree, Adalyn, Gage, Ellie, Gracie, Evelyn, and Weston; and five great grand babies. She was a sister to Joe (Cathy) Eady, Donna (Steve) Zoll, Doug (Nancy) Van Atta, Deanna Van Atta, and the late Deb (Jon) Van Atta.

Faith Ann was proceeded in death by her parents, Jim and Francis Van Atta, and the love of her life, Dennis L. Fraley.

Faith Ann was looking forward to joining Jesus Christ and her lost loved ones in a pain free celebration!

Faith had worked from a young age cleaning cars, making donuts, waitressing, and loving her family the best she knew how.

Funeral arrangements will be private with family gathering Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Services will be held Friday, February 21, 2025, from 3pm - 6pm at Deliverance Tabernacle PCG. 327 Summit St. Fostoria, Ohio 44830.
