Eric J. Maxwell

Eric J. Maxwell, age 56, beloved son of Janice M. Maxwell and brother of Darin L. Maxwell, passed away after a brief illness on February 18, 2021 at UTMC in Toledo, Ohio. He was a soulful individual, compassionate, witty and loved by everyone who knew him. Eric graduated from Bryan High School, attended Owens Community College and The University of Toledo, and was an avid fan of Ohio State Football. He enjoyed nature and wildlife and was a student of World War II History. Eric is survived by his mother, brother, many aunts, uncles and cousins and will be deeply missed by all. He is predeceased by his father, grandparents, aunts and uncles. In order to honor Eric’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or service at this time. A family gathering is planned to celebrate his life at a later date. Eric’s family invites anyone with a special memory or condolence to please share it on this obituary page.
