Elio “Lito” Adolfo Horna of Holland, Ohio, passed away peacefully at the age of 71, on Thursday, March 26, 2026. He was born in Guadalupe, Peru, on August 6, 1954, to Elio and Sabina Horna. Elio led a fulfilled life, rich with experience, passion, and wisdom. He was a kind, charismatic, and jovial man, who enjoyed the laughter of others. He retired from Anne Grady Services, where he found pride in working for his clients. His hobbies included martial arts, film, music, and especially culinary arts. Elio was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, where he had the privilege of being an Elder of his congregation. What he’s most remembered for is his warm gravity and welcoming persona.

Preceded in death by his father, Elio Juvenal Horna; mother, Sabina Horna; and daughter, Shannon Horna. Survived by his loving wife, Blanca (Cruz-Cruzado) Horna; children, Evelyn, Victor, Paul, Kimberly, Aaron, and Joshua; siblings, Alfredo, Margarita (Ritch), Carolina (Vilchez), and Rafael, and 11 grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 1 p.m at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1722 Cherry St, Toledo, OH 43608. For those unable to attend in person the service will also be held via Zoom. Meeting ID: 84100162478 Passcode: heb1025
