Ed “Edvitch” Steiner, age 49, was a powerhouse of talent. He commanded the stage for 31 years, entertaining both local and regional crowds in such groups as Hugh Rock, XL Band, About Face, and DIXon-RIchards. Ed passed away on February 26, 2013, and will be remembered as a Toledo Music Legend. Known as a great singer, he was also an awesome guitarist and solid drummer.He was born on June 25, 1963 to Elizabeth Quigley of Adrian, MI and William Edward Steiner of Jeffersonville, KY, and he was the stepson of Donald Quigley of Adrian, MI.Ed was a beloved brother of Timothy Steiner and Joshua Sullins, both of Dayton, OH, and Jason Sullins of Adrian, MI. “Vitch” was father to Christian and Holly Steiner, both of Cleveland, OH, and husband to Michelle (Mauder) Steiner of Toledo. He was also an uncle to droves of nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service and benefit for Ed will be held on April 13, 2013 from 2-7 PM at 1950 Eber Rd, Holland, OH 43528.
