Douglas E Dutch Tulak, Sr

Dutch, age 56, died unexpectedly on June 25, 2010, in Toledo. He is survived by his wife of 27 yrs, Melinda (Jobuck); sons, Douglas Jr and Edward; brother, Joseph Tulak,as well many family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Margrete (Forbes) Tulak. Please join us in celebrating Dutchs life on July 10, 2010 at Toledo Mennonite Church, 5501 Nebraska Ave Toledo, OH 43615. There will be a period for visitation from 10-11 a.m. and the service will follow at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Toledo Mennonite Church.
