Dorothy M. Frey

Dorothy M. (Ulmer) Frey, age 96, went home to be with her Lord on July 8, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.” Born on December 19, 1919 to Stella and Leroy Ulmer, she lived a wonderful life led by her unwavering faith. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; sister, Katherine Palka; brother, George Ulmer and son-in-law, Sonny Baker. Those continuing her legacy are her children, Barbara Frey-Baker, Dick (Elaine) Frey and Don (Barb) Frey, as well as 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to family and friends for their steadfast love and prayers with special thanks to Judy Bressler, Hospice of Northwest Ohio and The Wotring Senior Care Home. Family will welcome friends on Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 10:30 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:30 AM at Maumee United Methodist Church, 405 Sackett Street, Maumee. Contributions in Dorothys memory can be offered to Maumee United Methodist Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
