Donovan J. Estrada

Donovan J. Estrada, 46, of Toledo, Ohio, suddenly passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026.

Donovan was born and raised in Toledo and was the beloved son of Juan Estrada and Becky Peregoy Estrada. He is survived by his siblings, Jacob Estrada and Rachel Loya, and his cherished children, Delaney, Aubrey, Miles, Miranda, and Cali, who were the greatest joys of his life.

Donovan was employed at his brother’s businesses, Lowrider Cafe and UTZ Cleaning LLC. He was an incredibly talented artist who loved to draw and paint. A skilled handyman, he could fix just about anything and took pride in his work. He enjoyed music, fishing, sitting by a campfire, and cooking, and he was known for his big heart. Donovan would go out of his way to help anyone in need and had a special gift for making people laugh.

Though he faced struggles in life, Donovan never lost his ability to shine or to love deeply. A week before his passing, he had been seeking God and searching for answers about the Christian faith. He now has all his questions answered by the Creator Himself.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfredo and Bertha Estrada; his parents, Juan and Becky Estrada; and his older brother, Mario Estrada.

Donovan's wishes were to be cremated and a private viewing for the family is arranged. A memorial service for family and friends will be held in the spring, with the date to be announced.
