Dolores Richie

Dolores Regina Richie, age 82, passed away April 9, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born June 3, 1939, in Toledo, OH to Michael William and Mary Blase. Dolores graduated from Clay High School. After high school, she was a railroad switchboard operator in Walbridge, OH and went on to work in various factories over the years. In her later years, she worked as a home healthcare aid. Dolores had a big heart for her family whom she loved to cook for on the Holidays. She loved her animals. Dolores enjoyed planting her flowers every spring. She participated in a Ma and Pa bowling league at Jug’s. She is survived by her sons, James Richie, and John Richie; daughter, Theresa Richie; three grandchildren, Edward Sigurdson, Amanda Reinemeyer, and Hunter Reinemeyer; four great-grandchildren, Kaelynn, Peyton, Kinsey, and Ellie; sisters, Darlene Baird, and Barb Gorski; and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed. Dolores' family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their compassionate care of their mother.
