Diane Kay Whitmore

Diane K. (Snyder) Whitmore, 72, of Maumee, OH, passed away on January 4, 2017. She was born October 1, 1944 and was the daughter of George H. and Eileen M. (Errington) Snyder.” Diane was a 1962 graduate of Maumee High School.” Over the years, she was a secretary for Allstate Insurance, Mass Mutual Insurance, Owens Corning, and Owens Illinois. Diane enjoyed dancing and music in her younger years. She was a talented artist, avid crafter, reader, and seamstress.” She loved Halloween, sewing costumes, and her kitty.” Above all she was a devoted mother. Diane is survived by her twin daughters, Candy and Heather Whitmore, her father George H. Snyder, brother Dennis Snyder, sister Debra (Donald) Driscoll, nephews John, Chad and Marc Snyder and great-nieces Grace, Allison, Erin Snyder and great-nephew Dane Snyder. She was preceded in death by her mother; and sister-in-law Patricia Snyder. Diane requested to be cremated. Services will be private.
