Diane Scribner left us for her next journey on December 12th, 2021. She died at home in Toledo, Ohio at the age of 59. She was born on September 27th, 1962 to Doug and Irene Scribner in Toledo, Ohio. Diane was well known in the Toledo area with a career that allowed her to shine in the world of Broadcasting and Nursing. She received a degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University. After college she was one half of a morning drive team on Q Zoo called the “Mason and Diane Show” that was number 1 in Toledo 5 years in a row. She was also a very talented singer and musician that included many gigs in different venues around Toledo. She had an amazing singing voice. After her broadcast career she became an RN after attending Owens College in Toledo. Diane’s specialty was Oncology and had a passion for nurturing patients. Diane loved animals and her dog “Annie” was at her side for the last 15 years. She also enjoyed sharing her life with her many nieces and nephews. One of her favorite activities with her family was to take them to the radio station and “slip” them an extra CD or two. Diane is survived by her father Doug (Mary); brothers Mark (Jerri), Matt (Sharon), and David (Jeannie) Sutherland and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her loving mother Irene Scribner and her sister Sue Elliot.
