Diane Rachel Jockett
May 3, 1942 — June 18, 2021
It is with deep sadness we say so long to our beloved Mother Diane Jockett, decades long resident of Point Place Shoreland area. She passed peacefully on June 18, 2021, after a long battle with heart disease. After her retirement from Monroe school district, she worked at Cullen Park in the summer. She is survived by her son Richard Hammond daughter Susan Hammond granddaughters Ivy Kaba and Nicole Borek. Her feisty spirt will forever remain in our hearts. RIP Mom
