Dazanay Lashay Mars

Dazanay Lashay Mars, 24, went home to be with the Lord on July 14, 2021 with her family by her side. Dazanay was born May 28, 1997 in Toledo, Ohio to Lonnell Mars and Jessica Rankin. Dazanay graduated from Rogers High School in 2018. She worked at Toledo Hospital for 4 years in housekeeping. She also participated in the Special Olympics. Dazanay loved to listen to music. She loved spending time with her family and sisters, giving the best hugs ever. She will be truly missed. Dazanay is survived by her mother, Jessica Rankin; father, Lonnell Mars; brother, Lonnel Mars Jr.; sisters, Kojanay Mars, Monique Mars, Lania Mars and a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends.
