David W. Urbaniak (Disco Dave) 61, of Toledo, Ohio passed away to his eternal life on January 17, 2016 peacefully. He was born on October 24, 1954 in Toledo to Leonard and Carol Urbaniak. David was a man of God and loved nothing more than worshipping the Lord and spending time with family and friends. He worked in the tire industry as a salesmen for many years, most recently for Belle Tire. David was an avid Cleveland Sports, OSU and UT fan. He had a love for music and was well known for spinning records at many different night clubs while growing up. He enjoyed spending time with his dog Miley, and taking walks at Wildwood Park. David had a heart of gold and will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Left to cherish in his memory are his four children Brock, Blake, Brandyn and Briana, and their mother Kathy. His siblings Terry, Denise (John), and Francine (Norm), in-laws Vicky, Renee, Wanda, Denise, and Joe, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents and his brother Mark. Service Arrangements for David will be on January 30, 2016 at Foundation Stone Church 11100 Summerfield Road, Petersburg, Michigan 49270 starting at 11:00A.M. with Pastor Randy Kutz officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of sending flowers, the family requests donations to be made out to Foundation Stone Church or the Hickman Cancer Center at Flower Hospital with whom David had great admiration for.
