David Matthew Collins

David Matthew Collins, 63, of Perrysburg died October 24, 2008. He was the oldest son of the late David Matthew and June Mount Collins and a native of Orchard Park, New York. He served in the U. S. Air Force from 1964 to 1968, stationed primarily at Malmstrom AFB in Montana.Dave worked hard his entire life until his recent disability. As a boy, he delivered Buffalo, NY newspapers twice each day. After military service, he worked for Dresser-Rand as a Field Service Representative in the Product Support Division. His job responsibilities took him all over the United States as well as to South America and eastern Europe.Dave was the big brother to Elisabeth Collins of Clarence Center, NY, Ann Joyner of Weaverville, NC, and Robert Collins of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by his devoted companion, Ann Duda, formerly of Toledo. Interment will be at the Quaker Cemetery in Orchard Park, NY. Brown Funeral Home (OrchardPark) and the Cremation Society of Toledo are assisting the family with arrangements.
