Daryl "Jay" Foster Iii

Daryl Anthony Foster III, affectionately known to family and friends as "Jay", passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at age 20. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Daryl Foster, Sr., Joyce Russell, Gerald and Patti Woodruff; aunt, Phyllis Woodruff; and his beautiful daughter, Ja'Mya Dean Foster. Jay's life will forever be cherished by his parents, mother, Jennifer Foster; father, Daryl Foster Jr. (Shawnte); sisters, Taylor Foster and Analia Foster; aunts, Sabrina (Anthony) Newsome, Delkita Russell and Amber Isaacs; uncles, Dorrell Foster and Tevin Russell; Godmother, Toni Clark; God brothers, Hunter and Marcus Mix, Daniel Brownfield, Christian Taftalong, Aarmon and Darnell Robinson, along with his loving fiance, Korrisa Veller. Jay also has a host of cousins and friends who loved him dearly. At the time of his death, he worked as a roofer but loved to spend time with his sisters and friends. He enjoyed traveling, amusement parks and good food! Jay was a force to be reckoned with and always known to be energetic and fun-loving everywhere he went. The family extends thanks and gratitude to those who have expressed condolences and monetary donations. At Jay's request, there will be no funeral services held, instead, family and friends will gather to celebrate the memory of his life on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Walbridge Park in Toledo, Ohio at 4 p.m.
