Cynthia K. Vaillant

Cynthia K. Vaillant, 63, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2024, surrounded by family after a long battle with respiratory illness. She was born in Oregon, OH on March 3, 1961, to Richard and Loretta (Mate) Langel. She was a graduate of Genoa Area High School. Cyndi enjoyed working in the legal field and was employed as a paralegal for many years. She spent the best years of her life residing in Florida with her soul mate, Rick. Cyndi was always the life of the party and could make anyone laugh. Her greatest accomplishments in life were her three children and grandchildren. She had a zest for life and spending time with friends and family.

Cyndi is survived by her daughters, Ashley (Michael) Huepenbecker and Brett Vaillant (Jeremy Stuck); son, Kyle Vaillant (Samantha Crawford); grandsons, Cayden Stuck, Mason Huepenbecker, Gavin Stuck, Connor Huepenbecker, Ricky Vaillant; granddaughters, Serenity Vaillant, Peyton Stuck; sisters, Carolyn (Buddy) Carr, Patrice (Greg) Hall, Joyce Braden, Laurie Collins, Judith Haeft; sisters-in-law, Valerie Lenke, Vickie (Phillip) Roselieb; brother-in-law, Gregory Vaillant; and many nieces and nephews. Cyndi was preceded in death by her father, Richard Langel; mother, Loretta Langel; husband, Rick Vaillant; sisters, Terrie Dowell and Robin Czyznikiewicz; brother-in-law, Randall Vaillant.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 13th from 1pm-5pm located at Lake Township Hall, 27975 Cummings Rd, Millbury, OH 43447.

Memorials may be directed to the family, who would like to give their deepest thanks to Cyndi’s long time nurse, Kaela Donaldson (Ohioans Home Healthcare), Physical Therapist, Sara Wilburn and Sue Hartman (ProHealth), and the many staff members of Bay Park Community Hospital for the care they have provided. A special thank you to Dr. Navin Jain for all of the care and support over the years.
