Cori Stautzenbach-Shively, age 42, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024. She was born on May 18, 1981, at 5:18 P:M, in Toledo, Ohio, to George and Elizabeth (Cook) Shively Sr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy L. Stautzenbach; grandparents, Norman D. Cook, Thomas and Mary Taylor and George and Helen Shively; brother, Eric W. N. Shively; cousin, Matthew D. Cook II; and Black Jack Daniels, her feline kid.


Cori is survived by her daughters, Scarlett Inez and Skylar Georgiann Corlisse; Rick and Morty, her feline kids; her parents; brother and sister-in-law, George and Kimberly Shively Jr.; brother, Albert Meglitsch III; nephew, David John Lafferty; sister-in-law, Sybil Shively; uncles, Matthew D. Cook I, and Anthony D. Cook; aunts, Michelle Tuite, Roberta Bodnar, and Mary Van Meter.


Cori was a Rogers High School graduate. She had a love for crafts, expressing herself through art, music, and writing poetry. She also loved the bands Ozzy, Metallica and Rehab, In-Rhythm as her father taught her the love for heavy metal. Cori’s beautiful smile and laughter was often gifted to people. Cori was in tune with the world at large and shared the importance of caring for each other, and the earth with “Little”.


A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, starting at 1:00 pm at Club 16, 316 King Road, Holland, Oh. 43528. Please bring a memory for her girls. Inurnment will be held privately at a later date.
