Cindy Lou Cochran, 45, passed away on June 4, 2012. She was born in Fostoria, OH to the parents of Maryann and Ray Shank on December 12, 1966. Brother and sister of George Shank, Mary Shank, Richard Shank, and Steve Shank all of Fostoria. She worked at Meijers and retired after 8 years to become a full time grandmother and moved to Toledo. She was a loving wife to Roger E. Cochran; a loving mother to Amber (Justin) Adkins, Allen (Ashley Reed) Cochran, and Kimberly Cochran; a devoted grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 11 adopted grandchildren and even though they were adopted she said otherwise. Cindy was also a caring aunt to 4 nieces and 5 nephews. Cindy was very open minded to everything. It was so bad when you first met her you couldnt help but to love her immediately. She had the most warming, loving smile and laughed about everything. When you needed Cindy she always came through. Her last days were her best days because she completed everything she wanted to, she got her family together one last time. Dont think for a minute that she passed away sad or mad, she passed away happy. Cindy will always be loved by her husband, Roger, her children, adopted children, grandchildren, and adopted grandchildren. She will be missed by many, but will always be in our hearts.
