Cheryl Mulinix

Cheryl D. Mulinix, age 68, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Cheryl dedicated more than 30 years of her career as a Trust Officer at Fifth Third Bank & Trust. Following her departure in 2008, she continued her commitment to public service as an auditor with the Ohio State Department of Jobs and Family Services, where she worked for 14 more years until her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Olen and Lorna Deen; and her brother, Gary.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Randy; her children, Mark (Kelly) and Laura (Steven); her sister, JoAnne; and sister-in- law, Cathy. She is also survived by her stepchildren, Paul (Lisa), Pete (Hollie), April, and Courtney (Darrick); many nieces and nephews; and a host of grandchildren who brought her great joy. Her beloved fur baby, Maddie, will also miss her deeply.

Cheryl was known for her strength, dedication, and deep love for her family. Her warmth and kindness touched many lives, and she will be remembered with great affection. She enjoyed camping, traveling, social events, and the Toledo Walleye and Toledo Mudhens.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date, where friends and family are invited to gather and honor Cheryl's memory.
