Charles Bill Geitgey

Charles “Bill” Geitgey passed away on May 21, 2020 at the age of 74 years old. He was born in Greencastle, IN on June 27, 1945, the son of the late Harold Geitgey and June Walker. Bill loved to spend time with his family and friends; he always was there to lend a helping hand. He had a special love for St. Bernard dogs. Bill is survived by his children, Maria (Robert) Coates, Brenda (Perry) Shipman, Lisa (Doug) Gust, Melinda (Tony) Adler, Angela Geitgey, and Amanda (Joe) Stockman; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Lauren, Chyenne, Chyler, Miranda, Blake, Brittany, Amber, Brylee, Thorne, Caedan, Colton, Daegon; sisters, Linda (Ron) Piraino and Joyce Thompson, as well as his life-long friend, Barb Taber. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Geitgey and June (Bernie) Walker; grandchildren, Chad and Chancler.
