Charlene Kay Kos

Charlene K. Kos, 79, passed away on September 27, 2026, in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on December 14, 1947, the daughter of Robert W. and Dorothy J. Johnson, in Toledo, Ohio.

Charlene, often known as "Chuckie," worked at Weber's Restaurant and Kroger Grocery Store. She loved her dogs and all children, especially her nephews, Scott, Jeff, and Jake. Charlene's brother, Mike, was her bodyguard, always looking out for her.

Left to cherish her memory include her sister, Denise Dennis (Robert "Bob"); brothers, Rob and Mike Johnson; nephews, Jake Johnson, Scott and Jeff Dennis. Charlene was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Kos; parents, Robert and Dorothy Johnson; and one brother, Mark W. Johnson.

Funeral Memorial Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 5153 N. Summit St., Toledo, Ohio 43611 on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
