Carolyn Jean Miller CJ age 73, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2016 while surrounded by family at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Carolyn was a cosmetologist and a home health aide by profession, and she was very proud to have studied psychology at the University of Toledo. Our Mother was a foodie, shopper and premium cable watcher.” We love you with all our hearts Mommy, you will be missed. Carolyn is survived by her sisters, Barbara (Dave) Little and Yvonne (Jack) Little; children, Jeff Morgan, Theresa (Joseph) Mikolajczyk, and Kara Miller; and grandchildren, April, Jacob, Meredith, Abby, Zach, Karson, Katie, and Luke. She was preceded in death by her parents, Levities and Renavae (Caudill) Smith.
