Carole Jean Harman, age 80, of Toledo, Ohio, departed this life on March 26, 2024 with her beloved family by her side. Born on September 24, 1943, the daughter of Charles and Dove DeCant.
Carole was one of 11 siblings. Carole cleaned commercial buildings and residential homes for a living. To say she was a clean freak was an understatement. She had no qualms letting you know if something was dusty.
Carole was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and had great pride in her team. Whenever Carole had the chance, you would find her grandchildren with her. They were the light of her life. She played a tremendous role in helping raise them, especially her first granddaughter, Terra, and her great-grandson, Corbyn.
Some people make their mark on this world with titles, degrees, fame, and fortune. Carole made her mark on the world through her kindness, her warmth, her laughter, and her genuine love for others. She brought joy into anyone's life that crossed her path. What a treasure!
She is survived by her three sons, Frank, Rodney, and Raymond Bundy; brother, Tony (Joann) DeCant, and sister, Susie (Rodney) Arnett; sister-in-law, Sharon DeCant; grandchildren, Terra (Clayton), Brittany (Nathaniel), Bradley (Brian), Breanna (Todd), Corey, Jeremiah, and Justin; great-grandchildren, Jaela, Julian, Corbyn, TJ; and many dearly loved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Charles Jr., James, Ida Mae, Henry, Gordon, Isabell, Bobby Gene, and Rick.
There will be no services per Carole's wishes.
