Carol A. Lee

Carol Ann (Ludden) Lee, age 74, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Monday, March 2, 2026, with her loving husband and son by her side, after several years of ongoing health issues. Carol was born on February, 8, 1952 to Raymond and Dorothy Ludden. Carol grew up in the Old South end and attended Immaculate Conception Grade School and graduated from St. Ursula High School.

Carol married the love of her life, Kenneth Lee, on November 21, 1970. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She worked for Ohio Bell for many years before moving to El Cajon, California where Carol and Ken lived for 20 years, both working for Buck Knives, before moving back home to Toledo, Ohio. Before retiring, Carol worked for the YWCA and in home elder care. Carol was a kind and loving and hardworking women who loved everyone. She loved baking, knitting and creating crafts for others.

Carol is survived by her loving & devoted husband, Kenneth Lee, Sr.; her loving son, Kenneth (Lisa) Lee, Jr. of Santee, California; grandchildren, Bella Rose Lee, Emma Lee, Tyler, Bryant, Ryan and Devin Russell; sisters-in-law, Linda (Charles) Nusbaum, Debra (Wayne) Phillips and brother-in-law, Kenneth Martinez, Sr.; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Dorothy Ludden; sister, Mary Alice Hojnacki; and sister-in-law, Cheryl (Lee) Martinez.

Honoring Carol's wishes there will be no services. Cremation Society of Toledo is assisting the family. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the many kind and caring nurses and doctors from UTMC and Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Memorial donations may be given to Toledo Humane Society or charity of donor's choice. Carol will live forever in our hearts.
