Carol E. Kelly

Carol was born December 28th, 1953, in Manhattan, NY to Philip J Murphy and Norita Murphy (Mackintosh). Carol sadly passed away suddenly from natural causes November 15th, 2023 in Toledo, OH.

Carol is survived by her children Megan Kelly, Ryan Kelly and daughter-in-law Lindsey Miller-Kelly, Devan Porter (Kelly) and son-in-law Devin Porter. Her grandchildren Aiden Green, Autumn Whitaker, Tristan Kelly, Kaden Kelly, Gabriel DeWood, Wesley DeWood, and Kevin Porter. Her siblings Philip D Murphy, Paul Murphy and sister-in-law Debra Murphy (Kornasiewicz), and Terry Murphy.

Carol loved crocheting, arts and crafts, cooking, taking walks, and watching comedies. She also loved spending time with friends and family, especially with her children and grandchildren. Carol has overcame many obstacles including her alcoholism and physical health. She has been sober since 2016 and was very proud of her sobriety, as were her kids.

Carol has been reunited with her parents, Philip J Murphy and Norita Murphy; her grandparents, Philip M Murphy and Mary Murphy (Harnett), David Mackintosh, and Norita Mackintosh (Ferger); and her late husband, John Kelly.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
