Candis Floering

Passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2017 at the age of 37. Candis was born on January 24, 1980 in Toledo, Ohio to Mark Lafferty and Theresa Sahloff. She is a graduate of Delta High School class of 1998. Candis enjoyed many things. She loved fishing and doing arts and crafts, as well as writing.” She spent many hours volunteering with the Springfield Band that both her daughters are members of.” She also found joy in coaching her K-1 basketball team in the Springfield Basketball League.” Candis was also a diehard Ohio State Buckeye and Green Bay Packers fan. Candis was preceded in death by her grandfather (Paw Paw) Travis Cowboy Lafferty; grandmother Mary Sahloff and father-in-law, Frank W. Floering Jr. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Floering of ten years who she was deeply devoted to. She was a wonderful, loving, tough and very supportive mother to Izabel Naugle (boyfriend Skyler Canizales) and Alexzis Naugle. Both girls attend Springfield Local Schools. Her parents, Mark Lafferty and Theresa (Gene) Hite, brother, Mark Lafferty II; grandfather, Bill Sahloff and mother-in-law, Inge Floering. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Providence Lutheran Church, 8131 Airport Highway, Holland, Ohio 43525.
