Brian M. Dale

On Friday August 21, 2020 Brian Matthew Dale, also known as Unk/Dizzy by his friends, loving husband and father to four children and one grandson, passed away unexpectedly at his residence. He was born on July 2, 1979 to Terry and Christina Dale in Toledo, Ohio. His family moved to Kenosha, Wisconsin where he attended school and graduated from Reuther High School in 1997. He married his wife Leyna (Leeman) Dale and moved back to Toledo to raise their family. He worked as a forklift driver at various companies in Kenosha and Toledo. Brian was a Die Hard Packer fan and Cubs fan and never missed a game. He also enjoyed music, playing video games, and fishing in Lake Michigan, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his wife and children. Brian was preceded in death by his mother Christina (Fraid) Dale. He is survived by his Wife Leyna Dale; Daughters Kayla Siver, Sabrina, Christina and Emily Dale; Father Terry Dale; Brothers Eric (Leslie) Yates and Brett Dale, and sisters Lori Yates, Rebecca and Laura Dale.
