Brenda Rohrbacher Grieve, 67, passed away on January 7 at Autumnwood Care Center after a lengthy illness.
Brenda was born on May 25, 1957 in Bellevue to the late Calvin R. Rohrbacher and Idona (Fry ) Rohrbacher. She graduated from Seneca East High School in 1975.
On July 3, 1982 she married Patrick Grieve, who preceded her in death. In the most recent years she was an employee of Rural King in Tiffin.
Brenda was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, sister, and devoted wife. Her kind and generous heart knew no bounds, adopting many a friend and child in her lifetime. She was a talented artist, who created beautiful landscapes with simple pen and ink. She was a devoted Christian who offered a helping hand and a warm hug to those who needed one.
Brenda is survived by a daughter, Erin Grieve (Tiffin); son, Kai Grieve (Columbus); two step-daughters, Theresa Young (Norwich) and Andrea Walden (Tiffin); grandchildren, Rachel Turner and Savanah Johns; and great-grandchild, Indi Johns. She is also survived by a sister, Kathleen Kesler (Tiffin); and a brother, Mark (Deb) Rohrbacher (Republic); aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers, Calvin and Kenneth Rohrbacher.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church (Egberts), 3003 Ohio 101, Tiffin. A luncheon will follow the service.
