Bonnie Jean Wise, age 59, passed away on July 6, 2021 in Toledo. She was born on July 23, 1961 in Hemet, CA, the daughter of Kenneth and Ellen (Dittman) Heath. Bonnie was a graduate of Nordhoff High School in Ojai, CA. In her spare time, Bonnie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as her many friends and family. Bonnie is survived by David Phillips; daughters, Chantilly Wise, Kimberly Phillips; son, David Wise; grandchildren, Marrissa Wise and Makayla Wise.
