Bonnie J. Bais

Bonnie Jean Bais, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2021 at the age of 68. Bonnie was born September 26, 1952 to Angeline and Donald Davis. She graduated from Whitmer Vocational School of Cosmetology in 1971 and went on to work at various hair salons in the Toledo area. She later worked as a nurse’s aide at local health care centers, where she continually demonstrated her compassion for the ill and those in need. Bonnie loved animals and was unconditionally devoted to her family including her son, Jesse; grandsons, Jesse and Logan; and longtime friend and caregiver, Heather Blankley. Bonnie is also survived by her sister, Kristine (Lyle) Underwood and nieces, Natalie Chvala and Nicole (Nicholas) Bronson. Her family would like to extend special appreciation to ProMedica Hospice for the compassionate and loving care provided to Bonnie. Bonnie will be deeply missed by all those fortunate enough to have known her. Services and memorial will be private.
