Betty J. Smalley, age 70, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010. She was born November 27, 1940 in Toledo and is survived by a son, Michael (Jeanne) Decker; sister, Doris Yunker and a brother, Gary (Yong Hui) Yunker. Also surviving are grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her special love, Tom Smalley. Private services will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be shared below:
