Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Betty Ann Seymour of Toledo, OH passed away peacefully on Mothers Day, May 9, 2010, at ProMedica Hospice in Sylvania, OH. She was 84. A homemaker and mother of five, she lived most of her life in Temperance, Michigan before moving to Oak Leaf Village in Toledo in her later years. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings as well as her husband, Guy Burke Seymour, and daughter, Mary. Survivors include her son Guy (Robyn) Seymour of Temperance, MI; and daughters Anne (Kelly) Towery of McKinney, TX; Jean (Roy) Beeler of Nashville, TN; and Susan (Gary) Roberts of Ottawa Lake, MI. She is also survived by her beautiful grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Brett (Julie) Seymour and their daughter Emily of Swanton, OH; Seana (Bryan) Holloway and their son Skyler and daughter Kaileigh, of Nashville, TN; Chad Roberts and his fianc Lynn of Temperance, MI; Stacy (Abe) Chesney and their son Bruce, of Toledo, OH; and Joseph Roberts of York, PA. Her family is deeply grateful to the staff at Oak Leaf Village for the loving care and loyal support extended to their mother over the past many years. And in recent days to the kind and caring staff at ProMedica Hospice. There will be no funeral or memorial service. Respecting her wishes, her family will honor her life and memory at a private graveside service where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Guy, and daughter, Mary.
