Obituary

Beth "Beppy" Duly, of Rossford, OH, passed away October 14, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Beth was born October 16, 1958 in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Earl "Bud" and Garnet Baumgartner.

Our beloved mother was truly one of a kind. She was loving, caring, and a selfless woman, whose greatest joy in life was her family. She was the best mom anyone could ask for, always putting her children and grandchildren first. No matter what life brought her way, her family was her heart, her purpose, and her greatest treasure.

As a devoted mother and proud grandmother, she gave endlessly of herself, always making sure the people she loved felt cared for, supported, and cherished. Her love was unconditional, her heart was generous, and her presence brought comfort and happiness to those around her. She always knew how to make her family feel loved and her greatest happiness came from spending time with her children and grandchildren. Always up for a game of Yahtzee or cards. She loved crawling around on the floor with her grandchildren, playing Legos, Barbies, Cars, and Thomas the Train. She was an amazing story teller, her family always enjoyed stories from her youth. All the best stories stemmed from her childhood adventures in Hawaii. Her love of music and singing was shared with her family. Introducing her children and grandchildren to songs and music they may have never heard otherwise. She loved hosting sleepovers and movies nights with her grandchildren. Beppy always made time for the ones she loved.

For more than 40 years she worked in the dental field as a dental assistant, a career that reflected her caring nature and her desire to help others. Throughout her career, she touched many lives through her kindness, hard work, and compassion. Retiring from Dental Health Associates of Sylvania in 2025.

She had a creative spirit and loved crafts, cross-stitching, knitting, beading, and DIY projects. She enjoyed making things with her own hands, turning simple ideas into something special, and putting her personal touch into the things she created. Her creativity, just like her love, was something she shared with those around her. She enjoyed teaching her crafts to her grandchildren, while passing down life lessons during the process.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Garnet, her sisters, Joyce and Barb, and her son-in-law, Joshua Wend. She leaves behind a family who will forever be grateful for her love, her sacrifices, and her guidance. She is survived by her children, John Duly III, Monique Duly (Dusty Moffitt), Amanda Wend, her grandchildren, Everleigh Moffitt, Joshua II, Noah, Eli, Makayla, Sage, Amalyn, Malachi Wend, and her siblings, Janet, Judy, Jim, Sandy, Marilyn, and Glenda.

Her Legacy is one of devotion, kindness, creativity, and a love that knew no limits. She was more than a mother and grandmother; she was the heart of our family, our safe place, and our greatest blessing. Though she may no longer be by our side, she will forever remain in our hearts, loved beyond word and missed beyond measure. Her love was her greatest gift, and we will carry it with us always.

Aloha Beppy. Until we meet again .......
