Barbara Postal

Barbara Postal, 83, of Temperance, MI, passed away on April 10, 2023 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born to Elver and Isabell Stults on October 31, 1939 in Toledo, OH., graduating from Libby High school in 1957. She married James (Jim) Postal on June 8, 1962.

Barbara worked for Toledo Public Schools in the administration offices and during that time she completed her bachelor’s degree from Sienna Heights College. She had many talents she enjoyed, cooking, baking, gardening, crocheting, antiquing and thai chai.

Barbara is survived by her son, Thomas (Karen) Postal, daughter, Susan (Matthew Carder) Postal, grandchildren, Abigail and Jake Postal. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James “Jim” Postal, and many cherished family, friends and dogs along her life’s journey.

A private ceremony will be held with family and close friends at her final resting place and celebration of her life will be planned for later this summer.
